In the beginning of June, several teams tested in Magny Cours. As you probably know, Magny Cours is the home circuit of Team Prost Grand Prix. This was one reason, that both Team Prost GP-drivers were better placed than usually. The testing time differences between most drivers were very close... Olivier Panis looked very strong, as well as Fisichella of Jordan and all the top drivers, although McLaren seemed to be a little bit behind the other top-teams. Shinji Nakano drove good times as well... I think, a place on the podium of a Prost GP-driver can be expected for the French Grand Prix.

By the way: the rumour of Damon Hill joining his old team mate Alain Prost for next year is going around the world again...
